Gelato has a rich, dense, intense flavour that can not be matched by American style ice cream. Our Gelato, with all the goodness of Goat Milk is lower in fat than ice cream, allowing your mouth to taste the true flavours. We do not whip extra air into the gelato as in ice cream and our gelato is not as cold as ice cream.
